Precision Milling

IDC maintains 3 axis and 4 axis precision mills capable of up to 30,000 RPM. Our three Makino V-33s are equipped with Bluhm Lasers for repeatability and accuracy. IDC produces 0.0001 feature positioning and 0.0001 bores daily for your most demanding work. We work in various materials including Titanium, 13-8 MO, 300 and 400 series Stainless Steel, Inconel and all Aluminum alloys.
