Quality Department
IDC employs 6 Coordinate Measuring systems: 1 Leitz, 2 Zeiss, and 3 Global Brown and Sharpe. Of these, 4 are PC-DMIS CAD capable systems and 5 have full scanning capability. 5 of the systems are in their respective quality labs in temperature and humidity controlled environments. 1 is in an isolated shop position to support a large production cell. Volumetric accuracies are available to one micron.
With this vast capability, many of IDC's customers rely on us for CMM solutions. We invite surveys at your convenience and offer our quality assurance manual for review to all interested parties. Our goal is to produce the highest quality precision components available. We hope we can be of service to your organization.
